Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Support professional to join our team at Taj Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and support tickets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3  years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
